Torah Vezot ha'Bracha "And this is the blessing" Deuteronomy 33:1-34:12

Haftarah Joshua 1:1-18 Gospel Acts 27-28

Deuteronomy 33:1-34:12

This is the blessing with which Moses, the man of God, bade the Israelites farewell before he died. He said: The Lord came from Sinai; He shone upon them from Seir; He appeared from Mount Paran, and approached from Ribeboth-kodesh, lightning flashing at them from His right. Lover, indeed, of the people, their hallowed are all in Your hand. They followed in Your steps, accepting Your pronouncements, when Moses charged us with the Teaching as the heritage of the congregation of Jacob. Then He became King in Jeshurun, when the heads of the people assembled, the tribes of Israel together. May Reuben live and not die, though few be his numbers. And this he said of Judah: Hear, O Lord the voice of Judah and restore him to his people. Though his own hands strive for him, help him against his foes. And of Levi he said: Let Your Thummim and Urim be with Your faithful one, whom You tested at Massah, challenged at the waters of Meribah; Who said of his father and mother, "I consider them not." His brothers he disregarded, ignored his own children Your precepts alone they observed, and kept Your covenant. They shall teach Your laws to Jacob and Your instructions to Israel. They shall offer You incense to savor and whole-offerings on Your altar. Bless, O Lord, his substance, and favor his undertakings. Smite the loins of his foes; let his enemies rise no more. Of Benjamin he said: Beloved of the Lord, he rests securely beside Him; ever does He protect him, as he rests between His shoulders. And of Joseph he said: Blessed of the Lord be his land with the bounty of dew from heaven, and of the deep that couches below; with the bounteous yield of the sun, and the bounteous crop of the moons; with the best from the ancient mountains, and the bounty of hills immemorial; with the bounty of earth and its fullness, and the favor of the Presence in the Bush. May these rest on the head of Joseph, on the crown of the elect of his brothers. Like a firstling bull in his majesty, he has horns like the horns of the wild-ox; with them he gores the peoples, the ends of the earth one and all. These are the myriads of Ephraim, those are the thousands of Manasseh. And of Zebulun he said: Rejoice, O Zebulun, on your journeys, and Issachar, in your tents. They invite their kin to the mountain, where they offer sacrifices of success. For they draw from the riches of the sea and the hidden hoards of the sand.

And of Gad he said: Blessed be He who enlarges Gad! Poised is he like a lion to tear off arm and scalp. He chose for himself the best, for there is the portion of the revered chieftain, where the heads of the people come. He executed the Lord's judgments and His decisions for Israel. And of Dan he said: Dan is a lion's whelp that leaps forth from Bashan. And of Naphtali he said: O Naphtali, sated with favor and full of the Lord's blessing, take possession on the west and south. And of Asher he said: Most blessed of sons be Asher; may he be the favorite of his brothers, may he dip his foot in oil. May your doorbolts be iron and copper, and your security last all your days. O Jeshurun, there is none like God, riding through the heavens to help you, through the skies in His majesty. The ancient God is a refuge, a support are the arms everlasting. He drove out the enemy before you by His command: Destroy! Thus Israel dwells in safety, untroubled is Jacob's abode, in a land of grain and wine, under heavens dripping dew. O happy Israel! Who is like you, a people delivered by the Lord, your protecting Shield, your Sword triumphant! Your enemies shall come cringing before you, and you shall tread on their backs. Moses went up from the steppes of Moab to Mount Nebo, to the summit of Pisgah, opposite Jericho, and the Lord showed him the whole land: Gilead as far as Dan; all Naphtali; the land of Ephraim and Manasseh; the whole land of Judah as far as the Western Sea; the Negeb; and the Plain--the Valley of Jericho, the city of palm trees--as far as Zoar. And the Lord said to him, "This is the land of which I swore to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, 'I will assign it to your offspring.' I have let you see it with your own eyes, but you shall not cross there." So Moses the servant of the Lord died there, in the land of Moab, at the command of the Lord. He buried him in the valley in the land of Moab, near Beth-peor; and no one knows his burial place to this day. Moses was a hundred and twenty years old when he died; his eyes were undimmed and his vigor unabated. And the Israelites bewailed Moses in the steppes of Moab for thirty days. The period of wailing and mourning for Moses came to an end. Now Joshua son of Nun was filled with the spirit of wisdom because Moses had laid his hands upon him; and the Israelites heeded him, doing as the Lord had commanded Moses. Never again did there arise in Israel a prophet like Moses--whom the Lord singled out, face to face, for the various signs and portents that the Lord sent him to display in the land of Egypt, against Pharaoh and all his courtiers and his whole country, and for all the great might and awesome power that Moses displayed before all Israel.

Mission Updates: Greetings Saints in His Perfect Peace, Today was nice. There were 11 dozen eggs sandwiches give out. Then later at mom made chicken and noodles and some kind of vegetables to be served at 4:30PM. Yes we were packed today. In fact we really had two shifts of people. Some come early for the sandwiches and leave. Some come back for the 4:30 PM meal. So we were packed all day. You know the last week I have had the flu very bad. I could barely do radio last week. As I layed there shivering I wondered about the people I care for. They get sick like that and just go shiver and sweat under a bridge. Sometimes they are lucky and a friend will care for them or as they say camp with them. camping by themselves is dangerous. We have had guys killed in their sleep. So simply die of exposure.... So here I am already thing about where are the blankets going to come from. And man I need medical stuff. So I did much praying. I think the Lord is building my faith for what is coming upon the USA and the world. I do not see any part of the world being unaffected by what is coming. I really am praying to purchase an old house out here to help some out of Wichita but to start getting ready to help my neighbors right here in town and area. I know many are planning on leaving or have left the USA but no way can the poor leave. And so many will just not be ready for what is coming. But I have a job at hand RIGHT now and I need help with it. The Newsletter is coming up next week and it would really help if we could get it out before the first of next month, but that's another $300 to pray in. I know mom says there are bills still left unpaid and now towards the end of the month of course more will come. You see what I mean about the Faith thing. People donate as they digest what materials I send out in the newsletter or on PNS or radio. If I say something they do not like then guess what no support till I say something they like....But you know what they can quibble with the Father as I put out What He lays on my heart so oh well....it's really about Faith. I found a flat head six cylinder big truck I could use for the ministry. I had hints of being able to go and stock up on food out of state. Then the truck showed up for $300. It would maybe take another $200 to tag and do a little work on....so it's in prayer. Oh yes buying it from this other ministry would help them. Great I think I have about under $10 to my name.....but watch folks the Lord will provide. So I walk around with empty pockets and accounts all the time. You know the preacher should be the most broke person around right! Well that's me so I must be the preacher....yuk yuk... But right now I am more worried about raising some bill money. But I am not supposed to worry as I am supposed to be living by Faith. Faith, well there is just no way else to explain this ministry. I did have prayer requests today. That's normal. One black gentleman said" I cannot believe it you folks treat me better than my own race!'" Hmm the Lord says we are all of the same blood.....I can see now people saying I do not have black blood so I am not ever going to send them another penny....oh well goodbye I guess.... It's like this I am doing what the good Book says, Love thy neighbor as thyself. Try helping your neighbors it is much of what the Word of God is about...that and love God with all your heart, mind, and soul.........if people loved God that much then they would do as He says, would they not? Pray about supporting this ministry........and the poor where you are at.... Mark 12:30 30And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment. 31And the second is like, namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these The LORD bless thee and keep thee; The LORD make His face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee; The LORD lift up his countenance upon thee, and give thee shalom. Shalom in Yeshua our Messiah

How Blessed we have been this past week Praise Yahweh!!!!! The transmission Daniel went and picked up last Monday at my little sisters is in the Pontiac and works great. Richard and Daniel worked on it last week and together they got it all put back together so that's one down and three to go. I paid her fifty an still owe her a hundred which is way cheap for a front wheel drive transmission. Friday Lynda, Ruth an I made eight dozen sandwiches, passed out two bags of banana nut an blue berry muffins, gave everyone cheese crackers & lots of fresh donuts along with ice tea, ice water & coffee. I made goulash , green beans & hominy , pears an bread-n-butter for dinner. Sabbath service was short cause dad still had the flu so we read Torah did Praise & Worship did the Lords supper and headed home. Today Lynda made eleven dozen sandwiches and heated up two ice cream buckets of left over goulash that Ruth served. I tended the donut/drink table and made gallons & gallons of ice tea put out six boxes full of fresh donuts and three sacks full of banana & blue berry muffins. Oh yea I also broke apart, buttered and served a loaf and a half of the Sabbath bread. For dinner I made chicken-noodles, corn-n-potatoes, an bread-n-butter I also made a cake for one of the guys who will turn fifty one Friday but is going to visit his mother out of town an couldn't be there Friday. The August bills are all paid and the September bills are now coming in. Because of the high heat temperatures the electric bills are sky high. Yahweh will provide I'm not the least bid worried about that. We were really blessed today with a 1986 Chevy Nova (long story) We bought it from a couple whom had no drivers licenses and was only getting in trouble by driving it. It had two flat tires but other than that there is nothing else wrong with it. I will be driving it to the Mission now because Lynda an I have to go earlier to get errands ran and pick up donuts. This is a four cylinder so once I am able to get tires, tags & insurance we will be driving it. Please pray about supporting us and be lead by our Father Yahweh to do His will and allow Him to use you as the vessels He needs to get these works done. Thank you all who have an continue to support the many works we have been chosen to do. I AM SO THANKFUL I WAS CHOSEN TO CARE FOR YAHWEH's PEOPLE!!! I AM SO VERY BLESSED! Continue to keep us in prayer for the enemy hates any type of good works and comes hard against those who do good!amen Keep those who have not in your prayers and seek to help all whom you can. Thanks again we love you all I will write more on the Mission and these works next up date.

Do you ever feel like your losing your marbles ? Well here is the cure ... just smile and say... Dear Lord ... I know you're watching over me And I'm feeling truly blessed For no matter what I pray for You always know what's best! I have this circle of E-mail friends, Who mean the world to me; Some days I "send" and "send," At other times, I let them be. I am so blessed to have these friends, With whom I've grown so close; So this little poem I dedicate to them, Because to me they are the "Most"! When I see each name download, And view the message they've sent; I know they've thought of me that day, And "well wishes" were their intent. So to you, my friends, I would like to say, ! Thank you for being a part; Of all my daily contacts, This comes right from my heart. God bless you . is my prayer today, I'm honored to call you "friend"; I pray the Lord will keep you safe, Until we write again.

Torah Ha'azinu "Give ear" Deuteronomy 32:1-52

Haftarah 2Samuel 22:1-22:51 Gospel Acts 24-26

Give ear, O heavens, let me speak;Let the earth hear the words I utter! May my discourse come down as the rain,My speech distill as the dew,Like showers on young growth,Like droplets on the grass. For the name of the Lord I proclaim;Give glory to our God! The Rock!--His deeds are perfect,Yea, all His ways are just;A faithful God, never false,True and upright is He.Children unworthy of Him--That crooked, perverse generation--Their baseness has played Him false. Do you thus requite the Lord,O dull and witless people? Is not He the Father who created you, Fashioned you and made you endure! Remember the days of old, Consider the years of ages past;Ask your father, he will inform you,Your elders, they will tell you:When the Most High gave nations their homes And set the divisions of man,
He fixed the boundaries of peoples In relation to Israel's numbers. For the Lord's portion is His people, Jacob His own allotment. He found him in a desert region, In an empty howling waste. He engirded him, watched over him,Guarded him as the pupil of His eye.Like an eagle who rouses his nestlings,Gliding down to his young,So did He spread His wings and take him,Bear him along on His pinions; The Lord alone did guide him,No alien god at His side. He set him atop the highlands, to feast on the yield of the earth; He fed him honey from the crag, and oil from the flinty rock, curd of kine and milk of flocks; with the best of lambs, and rams of Bashan, and he-goats; with the very finest wheat--and foaming grape-blood was your drink. So Jeshurun grew fat and kicked--you grew fat and gross and coarse--he forsook the God who made him and spurned the Rock of his support. They incensed Him with alien things, vexed Him with abominations. They sacrificed to demons, no-gods, gods they had never known, new ones, who came but lately, who stirred not your fathers' fears. You neglected the Rock that begot you, forgot the God who brought you forth.

The Lord saw and was vexed and spurned His sons and His daughters. He said: I will hide My countenance from them, and see how they fare in the end. For they are a treacherous breed, children with no loyalty in them. They incensed Me with no-gods, vexed Me with their futilities; I'll incense them with a no-folk, vex them with a nation of fools. For a fire has flared in My wrath and burned to the bottom of Sheol, has consumed the earth and its increase, eaten down to the base of the hills. I will sweep misfortunes on them, use up My arrows on them: wasting famine, ravaging plague, deadly pestilence, and fanged beasts will I let loose against them, with venomous creepers in dust. The sword shall deal death without, as shall the terror within, to youth and maiden alike, the suckling as well as the aged. I might have reduced them to naught, made their memory cease among men, but for fear of the taunts of the foe, their enemies who might misjudge and say, "Our own hand has prevailed; none of this was wrought by the Lord!" For they are a folk void of sense, lacking in all discernment. Were they wise, they would think upon this, gain insight into their future: "How could one have routed a thousand, or two put ten thousand to flight, unless their Rock had sold them, the Lord had given them up?" For their rock is not like our Rock, in our enemies' own estimation. Ah! The vine for them is from Sodom, from the vineyards of Gomorrah; the grapes for them are poison, a bitter growth their clusters. Their wine is the venom of asps, the pitiless poison of vipers. Lo, I have it all put away, sealed up in My storehouses, to be My vengeance and recompense, at the time that their foot falters. Yea, their day of disaster is near, and destiny rushes upon them. For the Lord will vindicate His people and take revenge for His servants, when He sees that their might is gone, and neither bond nor free is left. He will say: Where are their gods, the rock in whom they sought refuge, who ate the fat of their offerings and drank their libation wine? Let them rise up to your help, and let them be a shield unto you! Lo, I raise My hand to heaven and say: As I live forever, when I whet My flashing blad and My hand lays hold on judgment, vengeance will I wreak on My foes, will I deal to those who reject Me. I will make My arrows drunk with blood--as My sword devours flesh--blood of the slain and the captive from the long-haired enemy chiefs.

O nations, acclaim His people! For He'll avenge the blood of His servants, wreak vengeance on His foes, and cleanse the land of His people. And Moses came and spoke all the words of this song in the ears of the people, he, and Hoshea the son of Nun. And when Moses made an end of speaking all these words to all Israel, he said unto them: 'Set your heart unto all the words wherewith I testify against you this day; that ye may charge your children therewith to observe to do all the words of this law. For it is no vain thing for you; because it is your life, and through this thing ye shall prolong your days upon the land, whither ye go over the Jordan to possess it.' And HaShem spoke unto Moses that selfsame day, saying: 'Get thee up into this mountain of Abarim, unto mount Nebo, which is in the land of Moab, that is over against Jericho; and behold the land of Canaan, which I give unto the children of Israel for a possession; and die in the mount whither thou goest up, and be gathered unto thy people; as Aaron thy brother died in mount Hor, and was gathered unto his people. Because ye trespassed against Me in the midst of the children of Israel at the waters of Meribath-kadesh, in the wilderness of Zin; because ye sanctified Me not in the midst of the children of Israel. For thou shalt see the land afar off; but thou shalt not go thither into the land which I give the children of Israel.'

Some of you may be wondering what Judge Roy Moore has been doing since he was removed from the bench for refusing to remove the 10 Commandments from his courtroom wall. Please read the poem he wrote below. The following is a poem written by Judge Roy Moore from Alabama. Judge Moore was sued by the ACLU for displaying the Ten Commandments in his courtroom foyer. He has been stripped of his judgeship and now they are trying to strip his right to practice law in Alabama. The judge's poem sums it up quite well.

America the Beautiful, or so you used to be. Land of the Pilgrims' pride; I'm glad they'll never see.

Babies piled in dumpsters, Abortion on demand, Oh, sweet land of liberty; your house is on the sand.

Our children wander aimlessly poisoned by cocaine, Choosing to indulge their lusts, when God has said abstain.

From sea to shining sea, our Nation turns away, From the teaching of God's love and a need to always pray.

We've kept God in our temples, how callous we have grown. When earth is but His footstool, and Heaven is His throne.

We've voted in a government that's rotting at the core, Appointing Godless Judges who throw reason out the door.

Too soft to place a killer in a well deserved tomb, But brave enough to kill a baby before he leaves the womb.

You think that God's not angry, that our land's a moral slum? How much longer will He wait before His judgment comes?

How are we to face our God, from Whom we cannot hide? What then is left for us to do, but stem this evil tide?

If we who are His children, will humbly turn and pray; Seek His holy face and mend our evil way:

Then God will hear from Heaven and forgive us of our sins, He'll heal our sickly land and those who live within.

But, America the Beautiful, if you don't - then you will see, A sad but Holy God with draw His hand from Thee.

~Judge Roy Moore~~ let's lift Judge Moore up in prayer. He has stood firm and needs our support. IN GOD WE TRUST!

Mission Updates: Greetings, We went and saw Jerome Crosi ( Atomic Iran )last night in Topeka, Ks. He did a very good job of laying it all out and never used any notes for a 2 1/2 Hour talk. While the facts he put forth that came from his book was nothing new to me as I do that kind of research almost daily, top the others there it was eye opening to say the least. It was recorded and you can get it on DVD. Let me know if you wish one. It was nice to see someone put everything together from facts. meaning he did not say thus saith the Lord he just used facts. Fact that are right there for all of if we just open our eyes and look!

Now that the War has stopped for a cease fire consider what just happened. While for the moment Israel has gained more ground, the people are facing up to that land for peace will not work. This war also shows that Israel without God's intervention will not be able to survive the coming attack. We will not survive as that will be the same attack that will come on us. Read the portion from Eze. 38 on the bottom of this page. You will see whom all comes against Israel and the Land of Unwalled villages.

Things are such at a point that a rush forward in time would bring us right to this. Meaning we could at a moment be right there. So my point is this if we have a year or two, months, or even just days till the destruction comes, we should be living right, being right, and talking with the Lord in the least 3 times a day or more. On a personal basis I cannot imagine not talking with my Father most all the day long. He always seems just right here to me? Can you understand that I am in His perfect peace, His shalom. Psalm 91 gives a pretty clear picture of that. So what I have to say to you is this. We must always be prepared to meet our maker. Each day we live our lives knowing we are that much closer to him and being done with all the pain, sorrows and troubles of this world. Each day we spend in our lives should be a day where we bless others by just being around them. Letting our inner light shine to them that they might find the peace that we have and the pull on our hearts to be done with all the evils of this world.

Enjoy the fairly calm-ness that you have right now. That is if you are in the USA or some other country that is not at war right now. It will not last long. Think of all the people that die suddenly. Do you think they would have liked just a little more time to make peace with their maker? Yes so many have prayed that they would be alive to be in the times we are in, but are you really ready for what is coming on this earth. How about what is already here. There is so much pain suffering going on right now that most of you are just used to it as the norm. My prayer for all that read that is this;

That the Father would lift the veil that has descended across your eyes so that you might truly see....Matthew 22:36 36Master, which is the great commandment in the law? 37 Yeshua said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. 38This is the first and great commandment. 39And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. 40On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.

In His Perfect Peace, Pastor Dan .....love is that which counts

Ezekiel 38:1

1And the word of the LORD came unto me, saying, 2Son of man, set thy face against Gog, the land of Magog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal, and prophesy against him, 3And say, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I am against thee, O Gog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal: 4And I will turn thee back, and put hooks into thy jaws, and I will bring thee forth, and all thine army, horses and horsemen, all of them clothed with all sorts of armour, even a great company with bucklers and shields, all of them handling swords: 5Persia, Ethiopia, and Libya with them; all of them with shield and helmet: 6Gomer, and all his bands; the house of Togarmah of the north quarters, and all his bands: and many people with thee. 7Be thou prepared, and prepare for thyself, thou, and all thy company that are assembled unto thee, and be thou a guard unto them. 8After many days thou shalt be visited: in the latter years thou shalt come into the land that is brought back from the sword, and is gathered out of many people, against the mountains of Israel, which have been always waste: but it is brought forth out of the nations, and they shall dwell safely all of them. 9Thou shalt ascend and come like a storm, thou shalt be like a cloud to cover the land, thou, and all thy bands, and many people with thee. 10Thus saith the Lord GOD; It shall also come to pass, that at the same time shall things come into thy mind, and thou shalt think an evil thought: 11And thou shalt say, I will go up to the land of unwalled villages; I will go to them that are at rest, that dwell safely, all of them dwelling without walls, and having neither bars nor gates, 12To take a spoil, and to take a prey; to turn thine hand upon the desolate places that are now inhabited, and upon the people that are gathered out of the nations, which have gotten cattle and goods, that dwell in the midst of the land. 13Sheba, and Dedan, and the merchants of Tarshish, with all the young lions thereof, shall say unto thee, Art thou come to take a spoil? hast thou gathered thy company to take a prey? to carry away silver and gold, to take away cattle and goods, to take a great spoil?

Job 8:13 So are the paths of all that forget God;and the hypocrite's hope shall perish:

First I want to apologize for not doing an update last week. The computers were down Monday and then Tuesday we went to feed and they were down when we returned home. With all the catching up work time just got away from me and it was Friday before I knew it. Friday Lynda, Kathy & I opened the mission. Kathy made six dozen sandwiches then Richard made two more when he arrived. I made two double pineapple upside down cakes because we only had one box of donuts. I also made a chocolate cake for Stephanie who turned twelve on the thirteenth. We had spaghetti, garlic toast an organic grown cucumbers smothered in Italian dressing for dinner. We are still down to one vehicle and school starts this week. We may be able to purchase a Ford truck from another ministry for three hundred but only if we can work out payments and at present we have nothing to even give down.(It is now in prayer) The money will come if it is Yahweh's will for us to have the truck. (I'm praying we will be able to get it Tuesday). My little sister has a motor/transmission in her garage that came out of a Chevy alumni she is willing to sell me the transmission for one hundred and fifty. Tonight Daniel is suppose to call her when he gets home from work then she will come get him to go pull the tranny. Wednesday Richard will begin putting the Pontiac back together then him and Daniel will stab the transmission when he gets home from school. If all goes well and the tranny is good then she will allow me to pay her as the money comes. This is also in prayer we badly need the transportation. We ask you all to seek Yeshua and ask if it be His will for you to help this ministry. He supplies all but He needs you as vessels to do so. Thank you all who support this ministry without your support we would be at a stand still. Many Blessings & Thanks to all for your support, love & prayers we love you all Shalom sisterlinda Mark 9:23,10:27

Haftarah Isaiah 61:10-63:9 Gospel Acts 19-23

Nitzavim/Vayelech " You are standing" Deuteronomy 30:15-31:6

Haftarah Isaiah 61:10-63:9 Gospel Acts 19-23

You stand this day, all of you, before the Lord your God--your tribal heads, your elders and your officials, all the men of Israel, your children, your wives, even the stranger within your camp, from woodchopper to waterdrawer--to enter into the covenant of the Lord your God, which the Lord your God is concluding with you this day, with its sanctions; to the end that He may establish you this day as His people and be your God, as He promised you and as He swore to your fathers, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. I make this covenant, with its sanctions, not with you alone, but both with those who are standing here with us this day before the Lord our God and with those who are not with us here this day.Well you know that we dwelt in the land of Egypt and that we passed through the midst of various other nations through which you passed; and you have seen the detestable things and the fetishes of wood and stone, silver and gold, that they keep. Perchance there is among you some man or woman, or some clan or tribe, whose heart is even now turning away from the Lord our God to go and worship the gods of those nations--perchance there is among you a stock sprouting poison weed and wormwood. When such a one hears the words of these sanctions, he may fancy himself immune, thinking, "I shall be safe, though I follow my own willful heart"--to the utter ruin of moist and dry alike. The Lord will never forgive him; rather will the Lord's anger and passion rage against that man, till every sanction recorded in this book comes down upon him, and the Lord blots out his name from under heaven.

The Lord will single them out from all the tribes of Israel for misfortune, in accordance with all the sanctions of the covenant recorded in this book of Teaching. And later generations will ask--the children who succeed you, and foreigners who come from distant lands and see the plagues and diseases that the Lord has inflicted upon that land, all its soil devastated by sulfur and salt, beyond sowing and producing, no grass growing in it, just like the upheaval of Sodom and Gomorrah, Admah and Zeboiim, which the Lord overthrew in His fierce anger--all nations will ask, "Why did the Lord do thus to this land? Wherefore that awful wrath?" They will be told, "Because they forsook the covenant that the Lord, God of their fathers, made with them when He freed them from the land of Egypt; they turned to the service of other gods and worshiped them, gods whom they had not experienced and whom He had not allotted to them. So the Lord was incensed at that land and brought upon it all the curses recorded in this book. The Lord uprooted them from their soil in anger, fury, and great wrath, and cast them into another land, as is still the case." Concealed acts concern the Lord our God; but with overt acts, it is for us and our children ever to apply all the provisions of this Teaching. When all these things befall you--the blessing and the curse that I have set before you--and you take them to heart amidst the various nations to which the Lord your God has banished you, and you return to the Lord your God, and you and your children heed His command with all your heart and soul, just as I enjoin upon you this day, then the Lord your God will restore your fortunes and take you back in love. He will bring you together again from all the peoples where the Lord your God has scattered you. Even if your outcasts are at the ends of the world, from there the Lord your God will gather you, from there He will fetch you. And the Lord your God will bring you to the land that your fathers possessed, and you shall possess it; and He will make you more prosperous and more numerous than your fathers. Then the Lord your God will open up your heart and the hearts of your offspring to love the Lord your God with all your heart and soul, in order that you may live.

The Lord your God will inflict all those curses upon the enemies and foes who persecuted you. You, however, will again heed the Lord and obey all His commandments that I enjoin upon you this day. And the Lord your God will grant you abounding prosperity in all your undertakings, in the issue of your womb, the offspring of your cattle, and the produce of your soil. For the Lord will again delight in your well-being, as He did in that of your fathers, since you will be heeding the Lord your God and keeping His commandments and laws that are recorded in this book of the Teaching--once you return to the Lord your God with all your heart and soul. Surely, this Instruction which I enjoin upon you this day is not too baffling for you, nor is it beyond reach. It is not in the heavens, that you should say, "Who among us can go up to the heavens and get it for us and impart it to us, that we may observe it?" Neither is it beyond the sea, that you should say, "Who among us can cross to the other side of the sea and get it for us and impart it to us, that we may observe it?" No, the thing is very close to you, in your mouth and in your heart, to observe it.

See, I set before you this day life and prosperity, death and adversity. For I command you this day, to love the Lord your God, to walk in His ways, and to keep His commandments, His laws, and His rules, that you may thrive and increase, and that the Lord your God may bless you in the land that you are about to enter and possess. But if your heart turns away and you give no heed, and are lured into the worship and service of other gods, I declare to you this day that you shall certainly perish; you shall not long endure on the soil that you are crossing the Jordan to enter and possess. I call heaven and earth to witness against you this day: I have put before you life and death, blessing and curse. Choose life--if you and your offspring would live--by loving the Lord your God, heeding His commands, and holding fast to Him. For thereby you shall have life and shall long endure upon the soil that the Lord swore to your ancestors, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, to give to them.Moses went and spoke these things to all Israel. He said to them:I am now one hundred and twenty years old, I can no longer be active. Moreover, the Lord has said to me, "You shall not go across yonder Jordan." The Lord your God Himself will cross over before you; and He Himself will wipe out those nations from your path and you shall dispossess them. Joshua is the one who shall cross before you, as the Lord has spoken. The Lord will do to them as He did to Sihon and Og, kings of the Amorites, and to their countries, when He wiped them out. The Lord will deliver them up to you, and you shall deal with them in full accordance with the Instruction that I have enjoined upon you. Be strong and resolute, be not in fear or in dread of them; for the Lord your God Himself marches with you: He will not fail you or forsake you. Then Moses called Joshua and said to him in the sight of all Israel: "Be strong and resolute, for it is you who shall go with this people into the land that the Lord swore to their fathers to give them, and it is you who shall apportion it to them. And the Lord Himself will go before you. He will be with you; He will not fail you or forsake you. Fear not and be not dismayed!" Moses wrote down this Teaching and gave it to the priests, sons of Levi, who carried the Ark of the Lord's Covenant, and to all the elders of Israel. And Moses instructed them as follows: Every seventh year, the year set for remission, at the Feast of Booths, when all Israel comes to appear before the Lord your God in the place that He will choose, you shall read this Teaching aloud in the presence of all Israel. Gather the people--men, women, children, and the strangers in your communities--that they may hear and so learn to revere the Lord your God and to observe faithfully every word of this Teaching. Their children, too, who have not had the experience, shall hear and learn to revere the Lord your God as long as they live in the land that you are about to cross the Jordan to possess.

The Lord said to Moses: The time is drawing near for you to die. Call Joshua and present yourselves in the Tent of Meeting, that I may instruct him. Moses and Joshua went and presented themselves in the Tent of Meeting. The Lord appeared in the Tent, in a pillar of cloud, the pillar of cloud having come to rest at the entrance of the tent. The Lord said to Moses: You are soon to lie with your fathers. This people will thereupon go astray after the alien gods in their midst, in the land that they are about to enter; they will forsake Me and break My covenant that I made with them. Then My anger will flare up against them, and I will abandon them and hide My countenance from them. They shall be ready prey; and many evils and troubles shall befall them. And they shall say on that day, "Surely it is because our God is not in our midst that these evils have befallen us." Yet I will keep My countenance hidden on that day, because of all the evil they have done in turning to other gods. Therefore, write down this poem and teach it to the people of Israel; put it in their mouths, in order that this poem may be My witness against the people of Israel. When I bring them into the land flowing with milk and honey that I promised on oath to their fathers, and they eat their fill and grow fat and turn to other gods and serve them, spurning Me and breaking My covenant, and the many evils and troubles befall them--then this poem shall confront them as a witness, since it will never be lost from the mouth of their offspring. For I know what plans they are devising even now, before I bring them into the land that I promised on oath.

That day, Moses wrote down this poem and taught it to the Israelites. And He charged Joshua son of Nun: "Be strong and resolute: for you shall bring the Israelites into the land that I promised them on oath, and I will be with you."
When Moses had put down in writing the words of this Teaching to the very end, Moses charged the Levites who carried the Ark of the Covenant of the Lord, saying: Take this book of Teaching and place it beside the Ark of the Covenant of the Lord your God, and let it remain there as a witness against you. Well I know how defiant and stiffnecked you are: even now, while I am still alive in your midst, you have been defiant toward the Lord; how much more, then, when I am dead! Gather to me all the elders of your tribes and your officials, that I may speak all these words to them and that I may call heaven and earth to witness against them. For I know that, when I am dead, you will act wickedly and turn away from the path that I enjoined upon you, and that in time to come misfortune will befall you for having done evil in the sight of the Lord and vexed Him by your deeds. Then Moses recited the words of this poem to the very end, in the hearing of the whole congregation of Israel.

Mission Updates: James 2:14 14What doth it profit, my brethren, though a man say he hath faith, and have not works? can faith save him? 15If a brother or sister be naked, and destitute of daily food, 16And one of you say unto them, Depart in peace, be ye warmed and filled; notwithstanding ye give them not those things which are needful to the body; what doth it profit? 17Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone. 18Yea, a man may say, Thou hast faith, and I have works: shew me thy faith without thy works, and I will shew thee my faith by my works. 19Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble. 20But wilt thou know, O vain man, that faith without works is dead? Greetings Saints in His Perfect Peace, Much is on my mind. I will start with the Wichita Mission to the poor. Friday it was again very hot inside. the Landlord refuse to do any work on the air and the heat was hardly pushed down very much. It was however cooler than inside. Remember I told you that a man came over this last Tuesday. He was broken as most are when they come. He had been working trying to do good but broke on of his legs almost in two. It had to be screwed back together. Of course he was to get work comp for this weekly but he cannot control his money himself. His family had all given up on him and right now he need his family. He waited till I gave other a ride in the big van after we ate. Most hate to see us close but we have not the means to stay open later and that is another story. At any rate I gave him a ride and he poured his heart out to me. We talked and prayed. I told him as he knew he needed hel;p he need to get rid of his pride and go to his family and tell them he needed help. I told him to ask them in a humble manner to let them handle his money. Friday he was all aglow as he explained to me the prayers worked and that he had reconciled with his family. His daughter would be caring for his money and extending help to him. Later in the day I gave him a ride back over to his famlies home where he would be staying.....and it will be over three months before they can even remove the cast on his leg, but he will be growing inside now. Had he not gotten hurt then there is a strong possiblity that he would not have gotten help or reconclied with his family...Life changes these are what we do. These things go one all the time. It amazes me somtime how they can even ride in that heat in our large van. I have a thermometer inside. When it is 95 out side it is generaly about 15 degrees hoter inside the van. And that is up front it is even hotter in the back and I pack the van. But when they sweat I sweat with them...and we will not even talk about how much gas we use. Another man I knew showed up when we first opened. Now he has been sometimes in the street and now is not. he is with his wife and they are getting along. I am the only pastor he knows. So many just cannot get inside the alrge churches as they need persoanl attention and miricle prayers. So they come back on teh two days I am there to get a word, a prayer, as with this man last prayers for someone dying. His father-in-law is dying at home. He went though all the cancer treatments and is in pain waiting to die. He is on morphine at home and oxygen as the family awaits his death as he is . He asked to see a pastor so the man took off work a half a day praying to catch me and ask me if I would come over and pray for him. Whenever the man was offered food as he waiting on me to get time to go over he would say No, I am not here for food just waiting on Pastor Dan. After I ran the people to where they were going he and about 4 of the guys were there loaded into the van and drove to his father-in-laws apartment. Family members were also there and waiting. To make a long story short I anoited him with oild and prayed over him.... After he was thankful as all was so glad that I was around. You see for the people I am the one they call on for these things.

This is the reason I stopped going to the AECH meetings on Tuesdays as I have to be there for the people as it is there time not mine. I am appointed to be there for them in many different ways. Also I cared for another by going and getting ant-icth stuff for his sores, andother I bought a doolar store pair of sandles, anther I tired to get shoes for but he wears size 16. He shoes are falling off. I did go look for him a pair but was unable to find a size 16.......We had some coming for clothing and one even took a large overcaost as he said he was already getting ready for winter. We are very low on clothing and medical supplies such as pain meds, anti-ich creams, trible ant-botics and really most everything. But the Lord will provide. We are alreay looking towards coats for winter as this time a year you can get such greta deals from surplus store on coats.........The transmission is blown in the mini van we had purchased a few montsh agaon. it had air and used half the gas.. We got a little car donated than mom was using to drive over to open the Mission and pick up bread and donuts, etc. it had air and used half the gas of the Minis van. Right now we are down to only the Large van with no air that uses much gas. But we can still get there and we will not stop until the Lord tells me to stop as he told me to start. Oh yes our latest radio program with Jerome Crosi is online now so give a listen...This was just this last Thursday and the interview was done as specail favor.
